There is a new food pyramid in town !!! Visit the MyPyramid.gov site (there is an active hyperlink in comments).
First: Tour My Pyramid (interactive video)
Next: Complete My Pyramid plan for yourself, your parents, and your siblings
Compare the differences in what you find and be ready to share what you learned.
What might you suggest your family do keep healthy and fit (diet, exercise?)
Post your family's action plan as a comment.
Once you've commented on the blog, you and a partner can begin playing this interactive review game:

Hi !
Attached is an activity sheet that will invite you to explore the Cardiovascular System. There are several animated videos that not only tell about transport processes, they show you each step along the way. We're viewing and reading these sites in today's class in order to create flowchart that will show the steps in the process of transport throughout the body.
Download the sheet to access the URL's by clicking on them instead of typing them in. You will receive a hard-copy of the activity sheet as well.
Have fun !
